1. Introduction

2. Scope
These terms cover the supply of our leadership expansion services, digital resources, and physical items. Please read each section for details on eligibility, scheduling, and any applicable refund terms.
3. Services
Our live training sessions and online workshops are tailored for responsible expansion in leadership economics. Clients may schedule sessions via contact.php. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least seven days notice. If a session is canceled by the client less than seven days before the event, no refund will be issued due to resource commitment; however, clients may transfer the booking to another person with prior approval. If we cancel a session, clients will receive a full refund within fourteen days or a credit toward a future session, at the client’s choice.
4. Information Products
Digital materials such as e-guides, toolkits and recorded modules are delivered electronically. Due to immediate access, these products are nonrefundable once delivered. If delivery issues occur, clients may request a replacement or technical support by contacting us within ten days of purchase. We will provide access corrections promptly.
5. Goods
Physical items including printed materials and merchandise may be returned within thirty days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Clients are responsible for shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a refund of the product price within fourteen days. Shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless an alternative arrangement is agreed in writing. Processing may take up to five business days after approval. Fees related to third-party services are subject to that provider’s policy and may not be refundable. All refund requests should be submitted via contact.php with the relevant purchase details.
7. Rescheduling and Transfers
Clients may request to reschedule any booked service at least seven days before the scheduled date. Approval is subject to availability. Service transfers to another individual require written consent. No additional fees apply for one-time rescheduling. Further changes may incur a fee equal to ten percent of the service fee due to administrative costs.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Zurich.
